Get the American Red Cross health and safety training you
need to prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies.


In order to assist our community in preventing, preparing for and responding to emergencies the American Red Cross - Mad River Chapter  offers classes in Champaign and Logan counties.

Training courses may be taken by individuals and/or scheduled as a group. American Red Cross courses are the standard training for compliance to certain OSHA guidelines.


 

Courses offered include:

• First Aid • CPR • AED

• Professional Rescuer/Healthcare Provider 

• Bloodborne Pathogens, Oxygen Administration
• Epinephrine Module • Asthma Modules
• Water Safety • Babysitter’s Training

 

In order to meet the health and safety education needs of communites through Southwest Washington, the American Red Cross has three different programs for classes.

  • Community classes are complete, flexible programs that help you, your family and your community stay prepared for virtually any life-threatening situation, held at either chapter offices or community partner locations.

  • Workplace training offers complete Red Cross training held at your place of business, helping your company stay prepared for virtually any life-threatening situation.

  • Youth classes such as babysitter training, first aid, CPR, aquatics and water safety classes, assure that young people are being educated about leading healthier, safer lives as well as being trained to serve as instructors, lifeguards and peer educators. These classes are held at either Red Cross offices or community partner locations.
